Formula Sequence:

  • STEP A: Add warm water, 75°F, +- 10°F
  • STEP B: Using specified water temps slowly mix in all ingredients. Use constant hi-shear agitation.
  • STEP C: Mix blend at high for twenty minutes, then reduce agitation. Blend must be continuously agitated to maintain titration through entire filling process.
  • STEP D: Record pH, Brix, and QC Release Time. Transfer to main tank, cooling to < 45°F. Homogenize at 1,500 psi.
