Formula Sequence:

  • STEP A: Add warm water at 75°F, +- 10°F
  • STEP B: Using specified water temps slowly mix in ingredients using constant hi-shear agitation
    • 1. Black tea
    • 2. White tea
    • 3. Black tea aroma
    • 4. Evaporated cane juice
    • 5. Honey
    • 6. Phophoric acid
    • 7. OSF lemon flavor
    • 8. Tripotassium citrate
  • STEP C: Mix blend at high for 20 minutes, then reduce agitation. Blend must be continuously agitated to maintain titration through entire filling process
  • STEP D: Record pH, Brix and QC Release Time. Transfer to main tank, cooling to < 45°F. Homogenize at 1,500 psi
